Instructions to reach Ecole Polytechnique may be found here (Palaiseau campus).

Participants will be welcome at the reception desk of École Polytechnique from the first day of the conference (Nov. 13th) at 13:00. The reception is located in the hall of the building n.69, accessible from Cour Ferrié (see campus map). Agents welcome visitors on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm and can be reached at 01 69 33 36 36.

The conference will be held in Amphitheatre Gay-Lussac, easily accessible from the reception desk.
